when reading the article for the first time I though that this guy was simply trying to take a well known piece of art and make some quick money by turning it into a gif to sell online for a high price by trying to convince people that it has meaning and value, but when reading his description of the gif he brings up some good points about the artwork. He starts by saying that the gif is an ironic re-working of the 12 foot stainless steel sculpture "ballon dog" by Jeff Koons. He goes on to explain that the deflation of the dog is a statement on destroying the values of modern art and how we must move to the digital world. He claims that the era of physical museums like compact discs or book are dead. While I do agree with some of his points on how our world is continuously transferring to the digital space and that artists must create and fill the need for digital content although most of what he says is quite extreme. In

my eyes his claim the the time of physical museums is dead is quite false, I believe that the convenience of having everything online can never fully replace the want and experience of physical art and museums. Although Greens explanation of his work was not enough to sell his art he does bring up some interesting points that get people to look at the potential of the digital world and the ways we can integrate the art world into the digital space.
